某军区放射诊疗资源现状调查

目的调查某军区放射诊疗资源的配置和应用现状,为今后更好地优化军区放射诊疗资源配置,保护放射工作人员职业健康,促进放射防护工作深入开展提供科学依据。方法采用函调和现场核查相结合的方法,对某军区医疗单位的放射诊疗项目、设备和人员等资料进行收集和统计分析。结果截止到2012年12月,该军区医疗机构共有放射诊疗设备200多台,按地域分布为湖北占17.4%、湖南占15.0%、广东占40.2%、广西占19.2%、海南占8.2%;放射工作人员1000多人,按地域分布为湖北占20.1%、湖南占9.7%、广东占42.3%、广西占21.4%、海南占6.5%;人员构成中女性占所有人员的36.7%,介入放射专业占15.1%,工龄5年的人数占49.4%,物理师以初中级职称为主。结论该军区放射诊疗设备和人才配置不均衡,需要优化资源配置,特别需要加大对相关战略方向的设备和人才的配置;关注物理师等关键岗位职称待遇;同时加强女性、介入放射人员和新近入职人员的健康监护,确保放射防护安全。

THE PRESENT SITUATION OF RESOURCES OF RADIODIAGNOSIS AND RADIOTHERAPY IN A MILITARY COMMAND

Objective To investigate and analyse the present situation of disposition and application of resources of radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy in a military command,so as to provide scientific bases for optimizing the disposition of resources,and protecting military working staff health,as well as carrying out radiation protection work in depth. Methods Information by mail,and on-site inspection were used to investigate the radiology work,distribution of equipment and human resources etc. Results By December 2012,there were about 200 sets of radiology equipments and 1000 working staff in the military command; according to regional distribution of equipments,Hubei accounted for 17. 4%,Hunan 15. 0%,Guangdong 40. 2%,Guangxi 19. 2%,Hainan 8. 2%; according to the regional distribution of working staff,Hubei accounted for 20. 1%,Hunan 9. 7%,Guangdong 42. 3%,Guangxi 21. 4%,Hainan 6. 5%. Of all staff,women accounted for 36. 7%,interventional radiology profession accounted for 15. 2%,length of service 〈5 years accounted for 49. 4%. Most of the physical technicians were of primary and middle-class titles. Conclusion The military radiodiagnosis and radiotherapy equipment,and personnel constitution are not balanced in the military command. It is necessary to optimize the disposition of resources; and to strengthen the health care of women,new recruits,and high-risk groups.
