严重多发性损伤135例救治分析

目的探讨多发伤的主要特点及早期创伤综合治疗的意义。方法回顾分析我院2001年1月-2006年6月救治的135例严重多发伤的临床资料，并对流行病学特征、临床表现严重程度进行分析。结果135例严重创伤患者中复苏成功率为74．81％（101例），病死率为25．19％（34例）。结论早期创伤严重度评分（ISS）对伤情评估及预后判断有一定的意义。及时控制出血，正确抗休克处理，及时准确手术，减少内脏并发症，是救治严重创伤、重度休克成功的关键点。

Analysis on Treatment of 135 Cases Severe Multiple Trauma

Objective To evaluate the injury character of multiple trauma and investigate the meaning of early trauma synthesis treatment.Methods The clinic data,such as its epidemic characteristic,clinical manifestation and the injury severity score(ISS),of 135 cases of patients with serious multiple trauma treated in the hospital between January.2001 and June.2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The success rate of resuscitation was 74.81%(101/135),and traumatic mortality was 25.19%(34/135).Conclusions Early ISS has value in evaluating trauma degree and judging prognosis.The key to cure the severe trauma injury and shock is to control hemorrhage promptly,treat shock correctly,master accurately the operation occasion and decrease the complication of internal organs.
