Effect of Qilian Xiaoke Formula on Diabetic Insulin Resistance and Related Inflammatory Factors |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the improvement of insulin resistance on typeⅡdiabetes with deficiency of both Qi and Yin treated by Qilian Xiaoke formula and discuss the clinical effect and mechanism of action.Method： 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 cases in the control group were treated by Gliguidone and 30 cases in the treatment group treated by Qilian Xiaoke formula and Gliguidone.Results： FPG,2HPG and HbA1c decreased before and after treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）in two groups and FPG had significant deviation after treatment in the control group（P〈0.05）.The contents of FINS,IL-6,CRP and TNF-a decreased markedly after treatment in the treatment group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）and IAI increased（P〈0.05）which were superior to that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Gliguidone united Qilian Xiaoke formula could improve clinical symptom of TCM in typeⅡdiabetes with deficiency of both Qi and Yin and the effect surpass Gliguidone used simplely.The Therapy could decrease blood glucose,regulate inflammatory factors,thus it could improve insulin resistance. |
