| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨柴芩利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效.方法:将本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各68例,治疗组采用柴芩利胆汤治疗,对照组采用消炎利胆片治疗.结果:治疗组的总有效率为92.65%,而对照组仅为79.41%,两组比较,P＜0.05;且两组治疗后影像学检查结果比较,P＜0.05.结论:柴芩利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效明显.

| Abstract: | Objective： to discuss the clinical effect on chronic cholecystitis treated by Caiqin Lidan decoction.Method： cases with chronic cholecystitis were randomly divided into 68 cases each in treatment group and control group.Cases in the treatment group were treated by Caiqin Lidan decoction and cases in the control group treated by Xiaoyan Lidan tablets.Results： The total effective rate was 92.65% in the treatment group and 79.41% in the control group（P0.05）.The imaging examination after treatment had difference as compared with two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： Caiqin Lidan decoction had significant effect for treating chronic cholecystitis. |
