| 摘 要： | 目的 提高对艾滋病并发肺部卡波济氏肉瘤的影像表现的认识.方法 收集50例HIV阳性并发肺部卡波济氏肉瘤的病例,回顾分析其胸部X线和CT影像表现并结合治疗结果进行判断.结果 胸部X线45例(90%)显示弥漫性间质浸润;40例(80%)见胸腔积液,其中双侧32例,单侧8例;18例(36%)多发结节影.其中最为典型的影像表现...
