| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合卒中单元对脑卒中急性期患者的护理效果。方法：将120例住院的急性脑卒中患者随机分为2组。66例为中西医结合卒中单元组（观察组）,54例为传统护理组（对照组）。对照组予以传统护理,观察组在神经内科护理的基础上另加规范的中医辨证施护,主要观察指标有日常生活能力评估（BI）、神经功能评估（NIHSS）。结果：观察组患者神经功能和日常生活活动能力较对照组患者有明显改善（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合卒中单元能减少神经功能缺损,提高患者日常生活能力,卒中急性期患者可从中获得更多益处。
