| 摘 要： | 脑卒中是一种严重威胁人类,特别是50岁以上中老年健康的常见脑血管疾病。研究血脂调节基因将对脑卒中的防治有重要意义。ABCA1基因在调节血浆HDL及细胞内胆固醇水平起关键作用,其单核苷酸多态性（single nucleotide polymorphisms,SNPs）对其功能有不同的影响。

| Abstract: | Cerebral infarction is a common type of cerebrovascular diseases which threatened severely middle-old age people especially over 50 years old healthy. Studies on the lipid metabolism genes play a more important role in prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction .The ABCA1 gene plays a key role in the regulation of blood plasma HDL and intracellular cholesterol levels. The single nucleotide polymorphism of the ABCA1 gene have various effects on gene functions. |
