马齿苋合剂治疗湿疹的临床观察

目的：观察马齿苋合剂治疗湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将符合病例入选标准的156例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组78例。治疗组用中药马齿苋合剂湿敷,3～6次/d,10 mi n/次。对照组外用糠酸莫米松乳膏外涂患处,1次/d。2组均以治疗7天为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率57.7%,有效率81.7%;对照组治愈率48.7%,有效率75.6%。2组治愈率、有效率相比无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：马齿苋合剂湿敷治疗湿疹疗效稍优于糠酸莫米松乳膏外涂治疗者（无统计学意义）,但经济方便,不良反应小。
