Clinical Research on Effects of Filling Weakness and Fasting Ben,Expelling Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis on C-reactive Protein in Patients with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

Objective：To observe the effects of filling weakness and fasting ben,expelling phlegm and removing blood stasis on the clinical efficacy and C-reactive protein levels in plasma in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,and to explore the action mechanism of filling weakness and fasting ben to paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Method：61 cases of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were divided into two groups according to 1∶1 randomly,one group were treated with amiodarone and another group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine according to the method of filling weakness and fasting ben,2 months was one course of treatment,the follow-up time was 3 months,then to compare the situation of maintaining sinus rhythm,the diameter of left atrial,the levels of C-reactive protein and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment.Result：The two groups had no significant difference in maintaining sinus rhythm after treatment（P0.05）.The two groups had no significant difference in left atrial diameter before and after treatment,compared with the control group,there was no significant difference after treatment（P0.05）.The C-reactive protein in plasma of the two groups were significantly reduced before and after treatment,there was a significant difference（P0.05）.Compared C-reactive protein in plasma of the two groups, difference was significant（P0.01）.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group in adverse events（P0.05）.Conclusion：The method of filling weakness and fasting ben has significant clinical effect in treating paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,it can treat paroxysmal atrial fibrillation through affecting the levels of C-reactive protein in plasma.
