安徽省合肥市大学生亚健康影响因素的Logistic回归分析

目的探讨大学生亚健康现状和分析相关影响因素。方法采用自愿填写问卷调查表的方式，对750名来自合肥市8所高校的大学生，进行问卷调查，数据分析采用检验和Logistic回归分析。结果本次调查的亚健康状态的发生率为25．55％。性别和年龄之间的亚健康发生率差异无统计学意义（均有P〉0．05）。SCL-90量表的各因子分，除敌对外，其他因子得分均高于全国常模（均有P〈0．05）。学生的饮食习惯、卫生习惯、听课效率、心理状态、近期健康状态、近期躯体感觉在一定程度上影响大学生的亚健康状态的发生（均有P〈0．05）。结论大学生亚健康的状态须引起大学生自己和社会的足够重视，学校和社会应采取积极措施，预防亚健康的发生。

Logistic analysis on the influencing factors of sub-health status in college students

Objective To investigate the sub-health status of college students and the relevant factors. Methods 750 students of eight college schools were asked to fill in the questionnaires voluntary. Chi square test and Logistic re- gression analysis were used as methods for statistical analysis. Results The sub-health rate was 25.55%. The incidences of sub-health in gender and age were not statistically different （ both P 〉 0. 05 ）. Each factor points in SCL-90 scale were all higher than the national norm （ P 〈 O. 05 ） except hostility （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. The results suggested eating habits, health hab- its lectures efficiency, psychological state, recent health status and recent somatesthesia, to some extent, might affect the sub-health state of students （ all P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions Students and the society should pay full attention to the sub- health status of college students. Besides, measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of sub-health.
