| 摘 要： | 脑卒中是一种高发病率、高致残率和高死亡率的病因异质性疾病，受遗传因素和环境因素的共同影响。高同型半胱氨酸水平被证实是动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素之一，并与脑卒中的病程发展密切相关。本文综述了近五年来同型半胱氨酸代谢与脑卒中之间关系的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Stroke is a kind of diseases with high morbidity and heterogeneity, disability and mortality, which is in- fluenced by genetic and environmental factors. High homocysteine level is one of the independent risk factors for atheroscle- rosis and closely related to the progress of stroke. This article reviews those studies between metabolism of homocysteine and stroke in recent five years. |
