| 摘 要： | 本文对19只成熟雌性福建恒河猴子宫内膜组织进行光镜与电镜观察,其中药环组实验猴采用甲地孕酮硅橡胶阴道避孕环(下称甲硅环),分高、低剂量组,设空环对照组。观察结果表明,药环组猴子宫内膜多有明显的萎缩,以高剂量组为著。该变化不利于孕卵着床。本研究提示,剂量适当的甲硅环可能是一种有效而方便的避孕方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper the influence of siliastic vaginat ring impregnated with megestrol acetate on the endometrial tissue of nineteen sexually mature female Fujian Rhesus monkeys reported. The experimental monkeys were divided into three groups: high-dose group, low-dose-group and control group. Both the light and Electron Microscopic observations showed that the endometrium were atrophic in the experimental groups. The result of this study indicates that siliastic vaginal ring containing suitable dose of megestrol might be an effective method of contraception. |
