摘    要:目的探讨排空前后CT对比扫描在卵巢病变诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析74例行排空(排尿排便)前后CT对比扫描并经术后组织病理学证实的女性卵巢病变患者,观察卵巢病变的形态学变化、移动度及其与周围组织关系的改变。结果36例良性肿瘤平均移动度较大,与恶性肿瘤组、炎性肿块组的平均移动度均有统计学差异(P〈0.05),恶性肿瘤组与炎性肿块组的平均移动度无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论排空前后CT对比扫描可为卵巢疾病诊断提供更多的信息,对定位定性具有重要的价值。

Abstract:Objective To assess the feasibitity of CT contrast scanning (before and after defecation and urination) for diagnosing the ovarian diseases.Methods Seventy-four female patients with surgically and pathologically proved ovarian diseases underwent CT contrast scans before and after defecation and urination.The morphologic changes and the displacement degrees of the ovary and its correlation with neighbor organs were retrospectively analyzed.Results The average displacement degree of benign ovarian tumors in 36 cases was significantly bigger than that of malignant ovarian tumor and inflammatory lesion groups (P〈0.05) but the comparison between both groups of malignant tumor and inflammatory lesion was not statistic difference (P〉0.05).Conclusion CT contrast scan can provide reliable information for diagnosing ovarian diseases so that it has an important value in the locative and qualitative diagnosis of this disease.
