化脓灸对治疗支气管哮喘不同阶段与证型疗效的影响

本文通过分组观察１３６例不同阶段和不同证型支气管哮喘的患者，结果显示化脓灸治疗缓解期哮喘疗效明显优于发作期，化脓灸治疗不同证型支气管哮喘疗效无明显差别。临床宜在哮喘缓解期进行化脓灸治疗，并在应用化脓灸治疗阳虚型哮喘同时，选择阴虚较轻的哮喘进行施灸治疗。

Therapeutic Effects of Scarring Moxibustion on Bronchial Asthma with Different Stages and Syndrome types

136 cases of brochial asthma with different stmages and syndrome types were grouped and therapeuticeffects effects were observed. Results showed that the therapeutic effect of scarring moxibustion on asthma at the Temission stage was superior markedly to that at the stage of attack but different syndrome types of bronchial asthma did not have a significant effect on therapeutic effects of scarring moxibustion. Clinically, scarring moxibustion is proper for asthma at the remission stage, and at the same time of treatment of asthma of Yang-deficiency by scarring moxibustion, asthma of mild Yin-deficiency is selected for moxibustion.
