| 摘 要： | 笔者于１９８５～１９９４年应用激光经络穴位疗法（ＬＭＰＴ）治疗功能性子宫出血（ＤＵＢ）症１２４例，临床近期治愈１０４例，占８３．９％；有效１８例，占１４．５％；无效２例，占１．６％；总有效率９８．４％。其中７８例经过１～５年随访，痊愈６４例，占８２．０％；有效１３例，占１６．７％；无效１例，占１．３％；总有效率为９８．７％。临床结果表明，ＬＭＰＴ治疗ＤＵＢ症的近期疗效良好，远期效果满意，具有推广应用的意义。

| Abstract: | 124 cases of disfunctional uterine bleeding were treated by laser-channel-acupoint therapy from 1985 to 1994.As a result,104 cases were cured clinically in short-term, accounting for 83. 9%; 18 cases were effective,accounting for 14. 5%;2 cases were ineffective, accounting for1.6%. The total effective rate was98. 4%. Among 78 cases who were followed up for 1~5 years, 64 cases (82. 0% )cured; 13 cases (16.7%)were effective, one cases (1. 3%) was ineffective. The total effective rate was 98.7%. The clinical results indicate that laser-channel-acupoint therapy has a good short-term and long-term therapeutic effect on distunctional uterine bleeding. |
