| 摘 要： | 对雌二醇（Ｅ２）造模的小鼠乳腺，采用连续纵切片方法，研究乳腺腺泡的病变程度与针刺作用的关系。结果表明：乳腺腺泡的改变及增生程度与针刺的抑制作用有显著的相关性。说明针刺确有抑制Ｅ２所致实验性乳腺增生作用。

| Abstract: | In the mouse of experimental hyperplasia of marnmary glands induced by estradiol,the relationship between pathological changes of the mammary acinus and acupuncture effects was studed by using a continuously longitudinal section-cutting method. Results showed that changes of the mammary acinus and hyperplasic extent of mammary glands had a significant correlativity to acupuncture inhibitory action. It is suggested that acupuncture has an inhibitory action on the experimantal hyperplasia of mammary glands induced by estradiol. |
