高血压脑出血手术预后的多因素分析

【目的】探讨高血压脑出血病人手术后预后的相关因素。【方法】回顾性分析2008～2011年在本院进行高血压出血手术治疗的80例患者。对患者年龄、GOS评分、临床表现、CT检查、平均动脉压等多因素进行评估，分析其与患者手术预后的关系。【结果】经过逐步向前回归法建立模型，多元Logistic分析结果提示患者的术前GOS评分分级、出血量、并发症、尿激酶的使用及病程长度分级为主要的影响因素。【结论】高血压脑出血患者的术后预后受多种因素共同影响，应对其进行了解，以便于指导和选择合适的治疗手段。

Multifactor Analysis of the Prognosis of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage after Surgery

[Objective] To explore the related factors of the prognosis of patients with hypertensive intrac- erebral hemorrhage after surgery. [Methods] Totally 80 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing surgery in dur hospital from 2008 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Many factors including patients＇ age, GOS score, clinical manifestations, CT examination and mean arterial pressure were evaluated, and their relationship with the prognosis was analyzed. [Results]The model was established by step forward regression method. Multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that preoperative GOS score, bleeding volume, complication, the usage of urokinase and the course of disease were the main influential factors. [Conclusion]The prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery is affected by many factors, which should be understood in order to guide and select rational therapeutic methods.
