硝酸甘油联合米力农治疗急性心肌梗死诱发心源性休克疗效观察

【目的】探讨硝酸甘油联合米力农治疗急性心肌梗死诱发心源性休克的疗效。【方法】60例患者随机均分为硝酸甘油治疗组、米力农治疗组以及硝酸甘油联合米力农治疗组三组。观察治疗前后心率（HR）、心指数（CI）以及脑钠肽（BNP）的变化情况。【结果】治疗后三组患者HR、CI、BNP等指标与治疗前比较均有明显改善（P〈0．05），联合组HR、CI、BNP水平明显优于单用硝酸甘油和单用米力农组（P〈0．05）。米力农组HR、CI、BNP水平改善虽优于硝酸甘油组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。【结论】硝酸甘油联合米力农治疗急性心肌梗死诱发心源性休克疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the Efficacy of Nitroglycerin Combined with Milrinone for the Treatment of Cardiogenic Shock Induced by Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective] To explore the efficacy of nitroglycerin combined with milrinone for the treatment of car- diogenic shock induced by acute myocardial infarction. Methods]Sixty patients were randomly divided into nitroglycerin treatment group, milrinone treatment group and nitroglycerin combined with milrinone treatment group. The change of heart rate（HR）, cardiac index（CI） and brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） before and after treatment were observed. Results] Compare with before treatment, HRI CI and BNP in three groups after treatment were improved obviously（ P 〈0.05）. HR, CI and BNP in nitroglycerin combined with milrinone treatment group were obviously better than nitroglycerin treatment group and milrinone treatment group（ P 〈0.05）. HR, CI and BNP in milrinone group were better than nitroglycerin treatment group, but there was no significant difference（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion] Nitroglycerin combined with milrinone for the treatment of cardiogenic shock induced by acute myocardial infarction has certain efficacy, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
