C反应蛋白在儿科感染性疾病中的意义研究

目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)在儿科感染性疾病中的意义。方法选取感染性疾病儿童的血液标本200例,根据血常规、血培养和临床诊断将病例分为细菌感染组(Ⅰ组)和病毒感染组(Ⅱ组),检测两组血清CRP的浓度。结果Ⅰ组的血清CRP浓度为(76.8±10.5)mg/L,明显高于Ⅱ组的(9.2±2.1)mg/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.O1)。结论 CRP检测可作为儿科感染性疾病诊断和鉴别诊断的主要指标,为临床的早期诊断、早期治疗提供积极有效依据。

C Reaction Protein in Pediatric Infectious Disease Application

ObjectiveTo investigate the pediatric infectious disease in C reactive protein（CRP） application value.MethodsInfectious diseases in children＇s blood specimens of 200 cases of detection of serum concentration of CRP,according to the blood test,blood culture and clinical diagnosis of the patients were divided into the bacterial infection group（I group） and virus infection group（Ⅱ group）.ResultsIn I group serum CRP concentration of（76.8±10.5） mg /L was significantly higher than that of group Ⅱ（9.2±2.1） mg /L,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.01）.ConclusionC reaction protein inspection can be used as a pediatric infectious disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the main index,for clinical early diagnosis,early treatment to provide effective basis.
