五味子降脂功能研究

目的建立大鼠高脂血症模型并探讨五味子提取物对小鼠高脂血症的影响。方法随机将50只SD大鼠分成空白组、高脂模型组、低剂量给药组、高剂量给药组及阳性对照组各10只。除空白组饲喂基础饲料外,其他各组连续饲喂高脂饲料3周后采血测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。待指标平稳后,建模成功。空白对照组继续饲喂基础饲料,其他各组饲喂高脂饲料。同时其中给药组分别以0.60、0.12g/kg灌服给予五味子提取物,阳性对照组按2.0g/kg灌喂血脂康胶囊,空白对照组及高脂模型组灌胃等量0.2%吐温-80。实验4周,测定TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C水平。结果五味子提取物各剂量组能使高脂模型组的TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著降低,而HDL-C显著升高,且给药剂量组之间呈明显的量效关系。结论五味子提取物具有较强的降血脂作用,有较好的市场开发价值和前景。

Study of lipid-lowering function of schisandra chinensis

Objective To establish rat hyperlipidemia model and to discuss the effect of schisandra chinensis polysaccharide extract to hyperlipidemia mice.Methods 50 SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,high lipid model group,low-dose group,high-dose group and positive control group,each of 10.In addition to blank group based feed,other outside the feeding each continuous high fat diets feed 3 weeks,determined the level of serum total cholesterol determination（TC）,triglycerides（TG）,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and LDL-C.Blank group continued to feed each other based feeding,feeding high fat feed.At the same time,treatment group were given schisandra chinensis polysaccharide extract 0.60 and 0.12g/kg,positive control group took Xuezhikang capsule 2.0g/kg,blank group and high lipid model group were given equal 0.2% Tween-80.Experiment 4 weeks,determined the level of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C.Results Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide extract each dose group can reduce the level of TC,TG,LDL-C in high lipid model group,HDL-C significantly increased,and had significant dose-effect relationship between the dose groups.Conclusion Schisandra chinensis polysaccharide extract has strong lipid-lowering function,and has a good market development value and prospect.
