微创重睑成形术160例

目的]探讨微创重睑成形术的手术方法及优缺点。方法]对160例要求重睑美容者实施微创重睑成形术。在瞳孔正上方及设计好的重睑线内、外侧1／3处三至四点作3～5mm左右小切口，剪除小切口下唇的眼轮匝肌、部分睑板前脂肪及筋膜，适当去除部分膨出的眶隔脂肪，将切口上、下唇皮肤与睑板前筋膜缝合固定。结果]160例，手术顺利，受术者对效果满意。42例获3个月至2年随访，无一例重睑线完全消失。结论]该方法操作简单，创伤小，术后恢复快，外观自然，重睑持久的效果，是一种简便有效的手术方法。

Clinical Analysis Of 160 Cases Double Eyelid Plasty With Tiny Incision

Objective]To investigate the operative techniques and Good and bad points of double eyelid plasty with tiny incision .Methods1160 cases accepted this operation. To cut the eyelid along eyelid line with three or four point 3-5mm incisions at inner 1/3 ,outside 1/3 and eye pupil just above. A small amount of orbicularis oculi and part of fat and fascia front of the tarsal plate , orbital septum fat were removed through the incisions. Then sewed up the skin around mini incision with the fascia front of the tarsal plate. Results]160 cases accepted operation smoothly, 42 cases were followed up postoperatively for 3 to 24 months. They all re ceived satisfactory effects without one double upper eyelid disappeared completely. Conclusion]As a simple technique for double upper eyelid plasty, this operation can obtain satisfactory results with less wound and fas ter recovery and permanent effects.
