帕瑞昔布钠在腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中的超前镇痛效果观察

目的探讨不同给药时间帕瑞昔布钠在腹腔镜胆囊切除手术中的超前镇痛效果。方法 40例全麻下胆囊切除手术的患者随机分为两组,每组20例。A组:手术开始前10min静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠40mg溶于0.9%氯化钠溶液2ml,B组:手术结束时静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠40mg溶于0.9%氯化钠溶液2ml)。分别记录术后1、2、6、12、24h时点的VAS评分,以及术前、术中、术后血流动力学的监测。结果 A组在1、2、6h的VAS评分值明显小于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。12、24hVAS评分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组患者在术中、术后各时点的MAP、HR显著高于A组。结论在手术刺激之前给予帕瑞昔布钠可以有效提高术后镇痛效果。

Clinical Observation on Preemptive Analgesia Effects of Parecoxib Sodoium for Patients with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy Surgery

ObjectiveTo investigate the preemptive analgesia effect of parecoxib for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery at different time points.Methods40 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery under total intravenous anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups,each 20 cases.parecoxib sodium was intravenously injected 40 mg at 10 minutes before operation in A group（group A,n=20）.parecoxib sodium was intravenously injected 40 mg at 10 minutes before operation in B group（group B,n=20）.visual analog scale（VAS） at 1,2,6,12,24 hours after operation and Hemodynamic at the time points including the time before operation、 in operation and after operation were recorded in both groups.ResultsVAS score in group A observed at 1,2,6 hours time point significantly less than that of in group B（P0.05）.VAS score observed at 12,24 hours time point were no singnificantly difference in both group A and B（P0.05）.Group B has a significantly higher hemodynamic at the time points including the time in operation and after operation than group A.ConclusionIntravenous parecoxib sodium before operation can effectively offer preemptive agalgesia for patients receving laparocopic cholecystectomy surgery.
