复方血栓通胶囊与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

目的观察复方血栓通胶囊与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法将88例患者随机分为治疗组(44例)和对照组(44例),均给予糖尿病教育,控制饮食,胰岛素或药物严格控制血糖稳定基础上,治疗组给予复方血栓通胶囊与甲钴胺片联合治疗,对照组给予甲钴胺片治疗,疗程均为3个月。结果治疗组总有效率为91.7%,对照组为59.7%(P<0.05);肌电图检测相关神经治疗前后传导速度,治疗组前后有明显变化(P<0.05),对照组前后无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论复方血栓通胶囊与甲钴胺片联用可明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变的症状、提高神经传导速度,疗效明显且安全。

Clinical Observation of Treatment by Xueshuantong Capsule Combined with Mecobalamin Tablet of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of xueshuantong capsule combined with mecobalamin tablet in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods88 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were divided into the treatment group 44 examples and the control group 44 examples.Based on control blood sugar,control group were given mecobalamin tablet 500μg per os qd;the treatment group received not only the same drugs as in the control group,but also received 1.5g xueshuantong Capsule per os tid.for 1 courses（1 course = 90days）.ResultsTotal effectiveness of treatment group was 91.7%,control group was 59.7%（P0.05）,the myo-electrograph examination related nerve conduction velocity in treatment group has the obvious change（P0.05）,the control group had no obvious change（P0.05）.ConclusionXueshuantong Capsule and mecobalamin tablet may alleviate the symptom of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patient effectively,raise the nerve conduction speed;the treatment result is obvious and safe.
