| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜修正术治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的疗效及手术方法。方法对42例复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者采用鼻内镜修正术治疗。结果经0.5～1年随访,42例患者中治愈27例(64.3%),好转10例(23.8%),无效5例(11.9%),总有效率为88.1%。结论鼻内镜修正术是治疗复发性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect and surgical method of nasal endoscopy correction surgery in the treatment of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods 42 cases patients with recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps received nasal endoscopy correction surgery.Results Followed up from 6 to 12 months,in 42 cases patients,cared 27 cases（64.3%）,improved 10 cases（23.8%）,invalid 5 cases（11.9%）,total effective rate was 88.1%.Conclusion Nasal endoscopy correction surgery is effective method in treatment of recurrent sinusitis and nasal polyps. |
