血必净注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者血清炎性因子水平的影响

【目的】探讨血必净注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者血清肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α），C反应蛋白（CRP）等炎性因子水平的影响。【方法】将80例AECOPD患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组40例患者，对照组采用常规的治疗，治疗组除采用常规的治疗外并联用血必净治疗，监测治疗前后血清TNF—α，CRP的变化。【结果】治疗组血清TNF—α，CRP均较治疗前明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗前后TNF—α，CRP的变化程度较对照组更明显．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】血必净注射液治疗AECOPD疗效显著，有助于减轻AECOPD患者TNF-α，CRP介导的炎性反应。

Effect of Xuebijing Injection on Serum Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

[Objective] To explore the effect of Xuebijing injection on serum inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-a） and C-reactive protein（CRP） in patients with acute exacerbation of chron- ic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）. [Methods] Totally 80 AECOPD patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 40 patients in each group. The control group received conventional treatment and the treatment group received conventional treatment combined with Xuebijing treatment. The changes of serum TNF-a and CRP were monitored. [Results] Compared with before treatment, serum levels of TNF-a and CRP in treatment group were obviously improved, and there was significant difference. Compared with the control group, the changes of TNF-a and CRP in treatment group before and after treatment were more obvious, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Xuebijing injection for the treatment of AECOPD has significant efficacy, and is helpful for reducing the inflammatory responses induced by TNF-a and CRP in AECOPD patients.
