室间隔缺损介入治疗的效果观察

目的]总结室间隔缺损（VsD）介入封堵治疗的临床疗效和随访结果。方法]25例膜周部VSD患者，男7例，女18例，年龄3-47（32±10．3）岁，体重11～65（37±12．5）kg，左心室造影测缺损直径3～10mm，均经股静脉途径行封堵术，术后超声心动图随访。结果]所有患者均成功封堵，置入的封堵器直径5～13mm，术后仅有1例出现短暂性右束支传导阻滞，随访期间无严重并发症。结论]VSD介入封堵治疗是安全有效的方法。

Observation on the Efficacy of Interventionai Therapy for Ventricular Septal Defect

Objective] To summarize the clinical efficacy and follow-up results of transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect（VSD） by using occluders. Methods] Twenty five patients with peri-membrane VSD （7 males and 18 females） aged from 3 to 47 years old（averaged 32＋10.3 years old） and weighed from 11 to 65kg（averaged 37! 12.5kg） were enrolled. The VSD diameter ranged from 3 to !0ram by uventriculograpby. The occluders were implanted via femoral vein approach. Follow-up evaluations were made with echocardiography. Results]All patients successfully underwent the implantation of occluders with the diameter of 5 13mm. Transitory right bundle branch block occurred in one case. No serious complication was found during the follow up. Conclusion] Transcatheter closure of VSD by using occluder device is a safe and effective method.
