疝环充填式无张力疝修补术120例临床效果观察

目的观察疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法选取该院2006年1月-2010年12月收治的腹股沟疝患者120例作为观察组,给予疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗;另选取该院2001年1月-2005年12月收治的腹股沟疝患者105例作为对照组,给予传统疝修补术治疗。观察并比较2组手术时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率、复发率和手术费用。结果观察组术后下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术后并发症发生率及复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝,具有手术创伤小、术后恢复快、复发率低等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect observation of mesh-plug tension-free hernia repair:on 120 cases report

Objective To observe the clinical effect of mesh-plug tension-free hernia repair in inguinal hernia.Methods 120 cases patients with inguinal hernia were as observation group,given the mesh-plug tension-free hernia repair.105 cases patients with inguinal hernia were as control group,given the traditional hernia repair.Observed and compared operation time,out-of-bed activity time,hospitalization time,the incidence of postoperative complication,recurrence rate and operation cost of two groups.Results Postoperative,the out-of-bed activity time,hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the incidence of postoperative complication and recurrence rate were significantly lower than those of control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mesh-plug tension-free hernia repair in inguinal hernia,less surgical trauma,faster postoperative recovery,low recurrence rate.
