康复新液联合兰索拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的疗效观察

【目的】探讨康复新液联合兰索拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。【方法】将96例经胃镜检查确诊为反流性食管炎的患者随机分两组，治疗组48例，口服康复新液10mL，3次／d，兰索拉唑30mg，1次／日；对照组48例，仅口服兰索拉唑30mg，1次／日，疗程均为8周。治疗期间记录两组患者症状改善情况及不良反应，停药后复查胃镜观察食管炎愈合情况。【结果】两组症状缓解率分别为93．8％，79．2％；镜下粘膜愈合率为87．5％，70．8％，治疗组明显高于对照组，且两组相比差异有显著性（P〈O．05）。治疗期间不良反应少。【结论】康复新液联合兰索拉唑是治疗反流性食管炎的有效方法。

Observation on the Efficacy of Kangfuxin Succus Plus Lansoprazole for the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

ObjectivelTo explore the clinical efficacy ot kang/uxm succus pluslansoprazole of reflux esophagitis. Methods]Totally 96 patients with reflux esophagitts diagnosed by gastroscopy were ran domly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group（ n = 48） was given oral 10ml Kang {uxin sueeus three time a day and 30rag lansoprazole once a day. The control group（ n =48） was given only 30mg lansoprazole Once a day. The course of the treatment was 8 week. The improvement of clinical symptoms and ad verse reactions were observed during treatment. After drug withdrawal, gastroscopy was performed to reexamine the healing of esophagitis. Results] The symptom relief rate of two groups was 93.8% and 79.2%, respectively. The healing rate of mucosa under gastroscopy was 87.5 % and 70.8%, respectively. The symptom relief rate and the healing rate of mucosa in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and there were significant different between two groups（ P 〈0.05）. Fewer adverse reactions were found during treatment. Conclusion] Kangfuxin succus plus lansoprazole is effective in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
