应用笑气吸入实施无痛分娩的临床效果观察

目的:观察笑气吸入在分娩镇痛中的作用及临床应用效果。方法:对100例正常分娩的产妇在分娩过程中给予吸入50%笑气和50%氧气混合气体以实施无痛分娩(研究组),另选择100例同时期同等条件的产妇在分娩过程中仅吸入氧气作对照(对照组)。观察两组产妇的无痛分娩效果、产程时间、分娩方式、分娩时出血量、新生儿出生时Apgar评分,产妇桡动脉血及新生儿脐血血气分析结果,分娩过程中产妇血压、脉搏变化及有无毒副反应。结果:研究组无痛分娩98例有效,总产程时间平均312.45min,全部为自然分娩,失血量平均184.34ml,新生儿Apgar评分均大于7分。对照组无痛分娩有效为0例,总产程平均为423.22min,自然分娩97例,胎头吸引术1例,产钳助产2例,失血量平均188.64ml,新生儿Apgar评分均大于7分。两组产妇比较,无痛分娩效果差异有极显著性(P<0.01),研究组产妇产程时间明显缩短(P<0.05),两组产妇分娩方式,分娩时出血量及新生儿Apgar评分比较(P>0.05),差异无显著性,产妇桡动脉血及新生儿脐血血气分析结果比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),产程中两组产妇血压、脉搏均无明显波动,无一例出现毒副反应。结论:笑气吸入用于分娩镇痛效果明显,且能缩短产程,对母儿无不良影响,有利于产妇在分娩过程中保持较好的心理状态和体力,对胎儿有利,是一种安全、有效、简便的无痛分娩方法。

Study of the Clinical Effects of Inhaling Nitrous Oxide for Analgesia Labor

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of inhaling nitrous oxide for analgesia laboR.Methods A total of 100 cases of normal pregnant women were provided with nitrous oxide promixed with oxygen(50%∶50%)(control group).Another 100 cases were provided only with oxygen(comparison group).Recording effect of the analgesia labor,duration of the labor,way of delivery,bleeding volume,Apgars score,blood gas analysis to matemal radius artery and fetal umbilical blood amony all patients,and the blood pressure,heart rate of pregnant women and causing adverse reactions or not.Results The effect for analgesia labor of the premixcd gas was much better than that of comparison group,but there were no signiticant differences in way of delivery,bleeding volume,Apgars score between the two groups.Conclusions The inhalation of nitrous oxide premixed with oxygen(50%:50%)for analgesia labor benefits pregnant women because of keeping them being a good metal and physical condition.The inhalation of nitrous oxide for analgesia labor is a safe,effective and easy method.
