| 摘 要： | Objective To discuss the clinic value of diagnostic abdominal paracentesis in traumas of abdominal organ. Method Retrospective analyze 105 cases of abdominal trauma that performed diagnostic abdominal paracentesis. Result 88 cases had positive findings at first time (83.8%), and 9 cases and positive findings at the second time (8.6%).So it has a positive ratio of 92.4% in all. Conclusion Diagnostic abdominal paracentesis is a easy, rapid, accurate method for diagnosis of trauma in abdominal organ, and have some practical value.
