综合护理对老年经皮冠状动脉介入患者并发症及生活方式的影响

目的 观察综合护理对老年经皮冠状动脉介入患者并发症及生活方式的影响.方法 选择我科收治的120例老年经皮冠状动脉介入患者为研究对象,将其随机分为2组:观察组和对照组,每组60例.对照组患者行常规护理,对于观察组患者进行综合护理.比较2组患者术后并发症发生率、对护理工作满意度及生活方式的变化.结果 观察组患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,护理满意度(80.5％)明显高于对照组(67.2％),差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);在运动、吸烟、饮酒、监测体质量等生活方式等方面的差异也具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 综合护理应用于老年经皮冠状动脉介入患者减少了术后并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度,有助于改善患者的生活方式.

Effects of comprehensive nursing on the complication and life style in senior patients with percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To observe the effects of comprehensive nursing on the complication and life style in senior patients with percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods One hundred and twenty senior patients with percutaneous coronary intervention admitted into the department for treatment were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each consisting of 60 patients.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while those in the observation group received comprehensive nursing.Then,incidence of postsurgical complications,the rate of nursing satisfaction and changes in life style were compared between the patients of the 2 groups.Results Following percutaneous coronary intervention,the incidence of postsurgical complications in the patients of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the patients in the control group,and the rate of nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group,all with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Statistical significance could also be noted in such indexes as exercise,smoking,alcohol consumption,body mass and other lifestyle indicators (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of senior patients with percutaneous coronary intervention reduced the incidence of postsurgical complications,improved the rate of nursing satisfaction,and helped to improve the life style of the patients.
