果糖和双酚A联合暴露对发育早期雄性大鼠摄食饮水和体重的影响

摘    要:目的探讨双酚A(bisphenol A,BPA)和果糖单独或联合暴露对发育早期雄性大鼠摄食量、饮水量和体重的影响。方法将50只清洁级初断乳的Wistar雄性大鼠按体重随机分为5组,分别为对照组、13%果糖组、20%果糖组、BPA(1μg/ml)组和BPA(1μg/ml)+果糖(13%)组,每组10只,每笼3~4只饲养。采用自由饮水方式进行染毒,连续染毒8周,每天新鲜配制饮水。测定各组大鼠摄食量、饮水量和体重,并计算能量和蛋白质摄入量。结果与对照组比较,13%果糖组和20%果糖组大鼠的摄食量和蛋白质摄入量均明显减少,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);13%果糖组和BPA+果糖组大鼠的饮水量明显增加,总热能摄入量也明显增高,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);20%果糖组和BPA组大鼠的饮水量和总热能摄入量间比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);BPA+果糖组大鼠的饮水量和总能量摄入均明显高于BPA组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。实验期间,各实验组大鼠体重与对照组比较,没有明显差异(P0.05)。结论 1μg/ml BPA和13%果糖单独或联合暴露对发育期雄性大鼠的体重没有明显影响;联合暴露组大鼠的摄食量和饮水量与13%果糖组一致,没有受到BPA的影响。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of single or combined exposure to fructose and bisphenol A (BPA) on food and water consumption,body weights of male rats during early development.Methods A total of 50 weaned male rats were randomly divided into five groups according to the body weights:the control group,13% fructose group,20% fructose group,1 μg/ml BPA group,1 μg/ml BPA+13% fructose group,ten rats in each group and three or four rats in one cage.Fructose and BPA treatment were through drinking water for eight weeks respectively.The amount of food and water consumption and body weight,and energy and protein intake were measured.Results Compared with controls,there were significantly lower amount of food and protein intake in rats treated with 13% or 20% fructose (P<0.05);The amount of water and total energy intake were significantly higher in the groups treated with 13% fructose and BPA +13% fructose (P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in water and total energy intake between fructose group and BPA exposure group (P>0.05);The amount of water and total energy intake were significantly higher in rats treated with BPA+13% fructose compared with those in BPA single exposure group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in body weights among rats with fructose or BPA exposure compared with controls (P>0.05).Conclusion There was no significantly different in body weights between 1 μg/ml BPA group and 13% fructose group with single or combined exposure.The amount of food and water intake in 13% fructose group presents no significant after combined treatment with 1 μg/ml BPA.
