2016年全国化妆品监督抽检结果分析

目的 分析化妆品监督抽检结果,为化妆品安全监管提供技术支持.方法 收集2016年国家总局发布或转发的不合格或问题化妆品抽检信息共711批次,对企业标识生产省份、化妆品种类、原因进行统计分析.结果 产品标识生产省份主要是广东和上海,种类主要是防晒和面膜类化妆品,原因主要是防晒剂检测结果与标签标识或批件不符、非法添加药物等.结论 应针对影响化妆品质量安全的风险因素加强监管.

Supervision of cosmetics in 2016 in China

Objective To analyze the results of cosmetics supervision sampling,provide technical support for cosmetics safety supervision.Methods Unqualified or problem cosmetics sampling information issued or forwarded by CFDA were collected,and the labeled information of enterprises,provinces of production,types of cosmetics and unqualified or doubtful testing items were analyzed.A total of 711 batches of unqualified or doubtful sampling cosmetics products identification information were collected and analyzed.Results The cosmetics were mainly produced in Guangdong and Shanghai.The main types of cosmetics were sunscreen and facial mask.The main reasons of unqualified or doubtful products due to the testing results of sunscreen ingredients were mismatching with the labeled information or instruction documents,drugs added illegally.Conclusion Supervision should be strengthened in risk factors involved in the quality and safety of cosmetics
