循证护理在股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床应用效果

目的 为了提高股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床治疗效果和减少各种不良事件的发生,分析和探讨循证护理在临床护理中的应用价值.方法 按照随机数字表法选取80例因股骨粗隆间骨折来陕西省商洛市中心医院治疗的患者作为研究对象,并将其分为对照组和观察组,2组患者在护理的过程中分别实施常规护理和循证护理,比较不同护理方案下患者的住院情况及对护理服务的满意度.结果 经过数据分析发现,观察组平均住院时间(12.5±2.0)d]、日平均医疗费用(219.5±12.1)元]和对照组(16.8±2.4)d、(354.5±18.2)元]比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对住院期间护理服务的满意度和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对于股骨粗隆间骨折的患者在治疗的过程中采取循证护理方案,不仅可以显著缩短住院时间、减少住院花费,而且可提高患者对护理服务满意度,值得推广.

Clinical effects of evidence-based nursing on the patients with femur intertrochanteric fracture

Objective To analyze and investigate the clinical value of evidence-based nursing in clinical practice , so as to improve the therapeutic effects on the patients with femur intertrochanteric fracture and reduce incidence of adverse events .Methods By random cluster method , 80 patients who sought medical care in our hospital due to femoral intertrochanteric fracture were recruited as research subjects , and were divided into the control group and the observation group .The patients of the 2 groups were respectively im-plemented with routine nursing and evidence-based nursing .Then, duration of hospital stay and rate of nursing satisfaction were com-pared between the 2 groups by 2 different nursing methods.Results Data analysis indicated that average days of hospital stay (12.5 ±2.0)d] and daily medical costs (219.5 ±12.1)yuan] of the observation group were significantly decreased as compared with those of the control group (16.8 ±2.4)d、(354.5 ±18.2)yuan](P<0.05).Rate of nursing satisfaction during hospitalization for the pa-tients of the observation group was much better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for the patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture during treatment could not only significantly shorten hospitalization time and reduce medi -cal costs, but also improve nursing satisfaction of the patients .For this reason, it is worth further clinical popularization .
