| 摘 要： | 介绍了层次分析——综合评价值模型及其在医院护理科研管理中的应用,并对护理科研选题决策及成果(论文)的评价进行了探讨。该模型提供的数学表达方式,将护理科研管理中的大量主观指标进行定性定量的标化,转化为数学处理程序,具有高度的逻辑性、系统性、简洁性的特点,且计算简便,便于广大护理科研管理者掌握应用,为护理科研管理的决策、评价走向科学化、定量化提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | introducing the analysis of administrative levels -the model of synthesizing value and its application in nursing research management in hospital, discussing on the subject selection in nursing research and the evaluation of research result( paper). The model provides mathematics expression that makes the great amount subjective indicators in the nursing research management measurable and the nature determined. It can be processing in mathematics with high logical, systematic, succinctness characteristics. It is easy to calculate, easy to be mastered. It provides scientific evidence in the decision making of nursing research management, scientific and quantitative evaluation. |
