摘    要:在市场经济条件下,民营医院、外资医院的大量涌现,加剧了医疗卫生服务市场的竞争。同时,随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,广大人民群众的医疗消费认识也在不断地提高。为了应对激烈的竞争,实施营销战略已是医院保持并提高核心竞争力的重要手段。本文将探讨医院实施营销战略的意义及应该如何实施营销战略。

Abstract:In the market economy, there exist many private hospitals and foreign hospitals, increasing competition in the healthcare service market. Meanwhile, with the deepening of health system reform, the broad masses of medical consumers are constantly improving cognition. In response to fierce competition, the implementation of marketing strategy is a key way to maintain and improve hospital core competitiveness. This article will explore the significance of implementing marketing strategy in hospital and how to implement marketing strategy.
