善释补片在腹股沟疝充填式无张力修补术中的应用体会

目的探讨善释补片在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的应用效果。方法对2004年4月至2008年8月,我们采用善释补片行无张力修补术治疗的216例腹股沟疝患者的资料进行回顾性总结。结果手术时间45～90 min,平均手术时间50 min,术后24～48 h可下床活动,术后住院时间5～8 d,切口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后出现切口皮下积液1例,阴囊积液5例。术后切口疼痛轻微。216例患者术后全部获得随访,随访4个月至2年,无1例复发。结论善释补片行无张力腹股沟疝修补术,创伤小,术后疼痛轻,复发率低,操作简单。

Clinical experience of EasyProsthesis mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia

Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical effect of tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia with EasyProsthesis mesh-plug . Methods The clinical datd of 216 patients with inguinal hernia treated with mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty from 2004 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All operations were successfuly. Average operating time was 50 min,all patients could act out-of-bed after operation 24 to 48 hours. Stay in hospital after operation was 5 to 8 days. There were 5 cases of scrotal hydrocele in the follow-up time from 4 months to 2 years, and no recurrence case was found. Conclusions EasyProsthesis mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia is safe, simple, effective, and it is easy to recover.
