脱细胞异体真皮基质补片治疗巨型脐膨出

目的探讨使用脱细胞异体真皮基质生物补片修补术治疗新生儿巨型脐膨出的优势。方法回顾性分析我院近期采用脱细胞异体真皮基质生物补片治疗的巨型脐膨出病例3例,探讨在适应症、手术操作、呼吸机使用、术后并发症等方面的优缺点。结果 3例患儿中,除1例患儿因复杂先心病,家属要求放弃治疗自动出院外,2例患儿恢复良好,痊愈出院,随访至今,无并发症发生。结论脱细胞异体真皮基质补片修补治疗巨型脐膨出效果良好,为巨型脐膨出与腹壁广泛缺损的Ⅰ期修补提供了一种良好的外科治疗方法。

Treatment of giant omphalocele with acellular dermal matrix patch

Objective To approach the advantage of acellular dermal matrix biologic patch for the treatment of neonatal giant omphalocele. Methods A retrospective analysis of 3 cases in our hospital used with acellular dermal matrix biologic patch for the treatment of giant omphalocele to observe the advantages or disadvantages. Results Except of one case with complex congenital heart disease,whose family required to abandon treatment,and discharged from hospital,other 2 cases of pediatric patients recovered well without any complication. Conclusions The treatment of neonatal giant omphalocele with acellular dermal matrix biologic patch is effective.
