前路腹膜前无张力腹股沟疝修补术112例临床分析

目的探讨前入路腹膜前补片修补腹股沟疝的疗效。方法总结2007年1月至2009月8月应用巴德公司补片及北京天助畅运公司善释补片行前入路腹膜前修补治疗腹股沟疝112例的临床资料。结果手术均成功,手术时间18～45min,平均30min。术后无尿潴留、切口感染等并发症。5例阴囊积液,1例阴囊血肿。随访2～30个月无复发。结论腹膜前放置补片修补腹股沟疝是一种创伤小、无张力、安全、术后恢复快和近期疗效满意的治疗方法。

The clinical analysis of 112 cases of preperitioneal tension-free inguinal hernia repair

Objective To discuss the application of preperitioneal patch reparing inguinal hernia. Methods To summarize the clinical data of 112 cases of inguinal hernia treated by preperitoneal repair from January 2007 to August 2009 with Bard patch or Beijing TransEasy Medical ＂EasyProsthesis＂ Surgical Mesh. Results All cases were operated successfully,the operating time was from 18 to 45 minutes,average 30 minutes. No complication of retention of urine,wound infection,and so on. Five scrotal hydrocele cases and one hematoma of scrotum case. No recurrence was found in 2 to 30 months of follow-up after operation. Conclusions The method of putting patch at preperitoneal space to repair inguinal hernia is a treatment of slight pain,tension-free,safety,recovery quickly and recent efficacy well.
