纳洛酮在失血性休克复苏中与一氧化氮的关系

摘    要:目的探讨纳络酮(NLX)在失血性休克复苏中的作用及对一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法 建立失血性休克动物模型;实验分休克复苏生理盐水组(NS)﹑休克复苏纳洛酮处理组(NLX)两组;检测休克前后及复苏后血浆中NO的变化。结果与失血性休克前相比,NS和NLX组在失血性休克后血浆NO均增加(<0.01);失血休克复苏期,NLX组较NS组血浆NO含量显著降低(<0.05);NAL组存活时间(109.5±22.2)min显著长于NS组(60.8±14)min((<0.01)。结论 NLX延长动物休克模型的存活时间,可能是通过降低血浆NO水平而起作用的。
