局麻下腹股沟疝无张力修补术116例总结

目的总结局麻下腹股沟疝患者116例的疗效和优点。方法采用局麻无张力疝修补术对我院2005年1月至2008年12月116例腹股沟疝患者的资料进行回顾性总结。结果手术时间30～55 min,平均39 min,住院时间3～5 d,平均住院时间4 d,皮下血肿1例,阴囊积液2例,无切口感染、慢性疼痛、异物感等并发症。随访6～18个月,无复发病例。结论采用局麻下无张力疝修补术是一种简单、安全、痛苦小、恢复快、效果好的疝修补方法,适合于在基层医院开展。

Tension-free herniorrhaphy of inguinal hernia under local anesthesia in 116 cases

Objective To summary the efficacy and benefit of tension-free herniorrhaphy in inguinal hernia under local anesthesia. Methods From January 2005 to December 2008, 116 cases of inguinal herni- a treated with tension-free hernia repair under local anesthesia in our hospital, the data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operation time was 30 to 55 minutes, the average time was 39 minutes. The length of hospital stay was 3 to 5 days, the average was 4 days. There was 1 case of subcutaneous hematoma, 2 cases of scrotal hydrocele, but no wound infection, chronic pain, foreign body sensation, or recurrence case in the follow - up time from 6 to 18 months. Conclusions Tension-free hernia repair under local anesthesia is a simple, safe, less pain, quick recovery, and fruitful method for inguinal hernia.
