开放式腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术43例临床应用

目的探讨开放式腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术临床应用的手术技巧及效果。方法回顾性分析我院2005年8月至2009年8月对43例单侧腹股沟疝患者行开放式腹膜前无张力疝修补术的手术方法和治疗效果。结果本组手术均获成功,无手术死亡病例,手术时间为38~97 min之间,平均为42.9 min,术后疼痛轻微,未应用麻醉镇痛药物。近期并发阴囊水肿3例,尿潴留6例,皮下积液1例,无切口感染等。本组43例均获随访,随访4~44个月,1例术后异物感,无慢性疼痛,无复发患者。结论开放式腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术具有手术方式较简便、经济、易掌握、补片置入更加符合力学原理、术后恢复快、复发率低、异物感和慢性疼痛轻微。是一种较理想、值得推荐的疝修补术。

Open preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair application of 43 cases

Objective To evaluate the surgical technique of open preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair and clinical results.Methods Retrospective analysis of the effect of treatment in 43 patients with unilateral inguinal hernia in our hospital from August 2005 to August 2009,treated with open tension-free preperitoneal hernia repair.Results The group operations were successful,no operative deaths,operative time was 38 to 97 min with an average of 42.9min,mild postoperative pain,without application of narcotic analgesic drugs.Recent concurrent hydrocele in 3 cases,6 cases of urinary retention,1 case of subcutaneous fluid,no incision infection.All cases were followed up from 4 to 44 months,no regional chronic pain,no recurrence was observed,,only 1 case had postoperative foreign body sensation.Conclusions Open preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair is simple,cheap,easy to master,patch placed more in line with principles of pressure,and rapid postoperative recovery,low recurrence and complication rate,and deserving to be popularized.
