腹股沟疝治疗临床路径的实践研究

目的研究临床路径在腹股沟疝治疗实践中的应用。方法临床路径组和对照组腹股沟疝患者各80例,临床路径组采用临床路径医疗护理方法,对照组采用传统医疗护理方法。分别统计其住院天数、住院费用、术后并发症、患者满意度等临床资料,并进行统计学分析。结果临床路径组平均住院天数为2.34±0.55d,住院费用为2314.23±439.32元,术后并发症发生率2.50%,均低于对照组;患者满意度为98.75%,高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论临床路径有利于减轻患者经济负担、减少术后并发症、加快术后恢复、提高患者满意度。

The study and practice of clinical pathway in the treatment of inguinal hernia

Objective To study the application of the clinical pathway（CP） in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods The CP group had 80 cases while the control group had 80 cases. Clinical pathway medical and nursing methods were applied in CP group and traditional medical and nursing methods in control group. The clinical data of the hospital days,hospital charges,complications and satisfaction of the patients and other clinical data in CP group and control group were studied and a statistical analysis was made. Results Comparing with the control group,the patients of CP group had shorter hospital days（2.34±0.55 days）,lower charges （2314.23±439.32 RMB）,lesser complications （2.50%）,and higher satisfaction （98.75%） with obvious statistical differences （P0.01）. Conclusions The clinical pathway can lighten the financial burden of patients,reduce postoperative complications,accelerate the postoperative recovery and improve patient satisfaction.
