善释疝环充填式补片在复发性腹股沟疝中的应用

目的总结应用善释网塞补片在疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院自2004年12月至2008年12月32例复发性腹股沟疝疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的临床资料。其中斜疝21例,直疝11例。全部病例均行疝环充填无张力修补术。结果术后发生尿潴留2例,阴襄水肿3例。随访6～24个月,全组无复发病例。结论应用国产善释网塞补片在疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝复发率低,手术创伤小、患者恢复快、术后并发症少,是目前治疗复发性腹股沟疝较理想的方法。

Clinical experience of Easy Prosthesis mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for recurrent inguinal hernia

Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical effect of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for recurrent inguinal hernia.Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with recurrent inguinal hernia treated with mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty from 2004 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. 21 were diagnosed as having indirect hernias,10 having direct hernias and 1 having sliding hernias of bladder. Results All operations were successful. In 6 to 24 months of follow-up,no recurrence was observed,there were 2 cases of scrotal hydrocele,3 cases of urinary. Conclusions EasyProsthesis mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia is safe,simple,effective,and it is easy to recover.
