| 摘 要： | 目的如何更充分、有效地利用血液灌流(hemoperfusion,HP)、血液透析(hemodialysis,HD)治疗急性中毒。方法 对58例采用HP、HD或HP-HD联合治疗的急性重度药物或毒物中毒的患者进行回顾性分析。结果 58例患者治愈54例,治愈率93.1%,其中多器官功能损害19例治愈16例,治愈率84.2%。结论根据HP、HD不同原理、药物或毒物的理化性质及不同中毒特点,把握早期、连续的采用HP、HD或HP-HD联合治疗才能使急性重度药物或毒物中毒救治成功。

| Abstract: | Objective To be more full and effective treatment of acute intoxication with hemoperfusion or hemodialysis.Methods 58 cases of acute severe intoxication of drugs or poisons with HP,HD or HP-HD therapy were retrospectively analyzed.Results 58 patients,54 patients were cured,the cure rate 93.1%,of which 19 cases of multiple organ dysfunction,16 patients were cured,the cure rate 84.2%.Conclusions According to HP,HD different principles,the physical and chemical properties and different characteristics of drugs... |
