| 摘 要： | 目的总结临床治疗巨大腹壁切口疝的经验和体会。方法回顾性分析20例巨大切口疝患者的临床资料。结果19例痊愈出院,无心肺衰竭等严重并发症,1例复发。结论常见于老年患者腹部手术后的腹壁巨大切口疝,可使用人工材料进行修补,疗效良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the clinical experience in treating large abdominal incisional hernias. Methods The clinical data of 20 cases of giant abdominal incisional hernia were retrospectively analyzed. Results Nineteen cases were cured with no severe complication, another one case relapsed. Conclusions In large abdominal incisional hernia, especially in the elderly, surgical repair by mesh offers a good method of treatment. |
