无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝40例体会

目的总结应用聚丙烯网状补片治疗腹股沟疝107例的近期治疗效果。方法使用聚丙烯网状补片对107例各类腹股沟疝患者进行无张力疝修补;观察手术方法、时间、术后患者自主能力恢复、术后伤口疼痛、并发症和复发率。结果107例患者共施行116次lichtenstein无张力疝修补术,单侧疝及双侧疝平均手术时间为45 min和90 min,术后2~6 h下床活动,术后患者疼痛轻,术后1例发生阴囊积液,1例发生皮下血肿,患者均于术后3~5 d痊愈出院,90%病例获随访,随访时间3~14个月,无复发病例。结论无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝有手术方法简单、手术指征广、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少和复发率低的优点。

Tension-free hernia repair inguinal hernia of 40 cases

Objective To summarize the recent therapeutic effect（107 cases）of the repair of inguinal hernia with Polypropylene mesh patch.Methods 107 patients were treated by tension-free hernia repair with polypropylene mesh patch.The operative procedure,time,surgical indication,ability recovery,postoperative pain,complications and recurrence rate were studied.Results 107 cases were performed 116 times with Lichtenstein tension-free hernia repair,the mean operative times of unilateral hernia and bilateral hernia were 45 minutes and 90 minutes,2 to 6 hours after getting out of bed,little postoperative pain,1 case of scrotal hydrocele,1 case of hematoma,the patients were discharged 3 to 5 days after surgery,90% of the patients were followed up for 3 to 14 months,no recurrence.Conclusions The surgical method of tension-free hernia repair was easy,wide surgical indication,little postoperative pain,quick recovery,few complications and low recurrence.
