疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年复发性腹股沟疝43例体会

目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗老年复发性腹股沟疝的疗效。方法回顾2002年10月至2008年12月用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗的43例老年复发性腹股沟疝患者的临床资料。结果所用患者痊愈出院,术后未应用镇痛药,随访半年至6年无1例复发。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术是一种安全可靠的腹股沟疝手术方法,具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快、操作简单、住院时间短、复发率低等优势,特别适于老年复发性腹股沟疝患者。

Mesh plug tension-free hernioplasty for recurrence inguinal hernia in the senile patients

Objective To explore the treatment of recurrent inguinal hernia by mesh plug tension-free hernia repair in elderly patients. Methods The clinical data of forty-three elderly patients with recurrent inguinal hernia treated by mesh plug tension-free hernia repair from October 2002 to December 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The patients were all cured without analgesic postoperatively, there was no case of recurrence in follow-up time from six months to six years. Conclusions The mesh plug tension-free hernia repair is a safe and reliable method, with less trauma and pain, faster recovery, simple operation, short hospital stay, low recurrence rate and other advantages, particularly for the treatment of recur- rent inguinal hernia in the elderly.
