| 摘 要： | 目的探讨疝环充填式无张力修补术在腹股沟疝中的应用。方法对我院2006年1月至2009年12月期间腹股沟疝施行疝环充填式无张力修补术的96例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者手术全部成功,随访6个月至4年,无复发病例。结论疝环充填式无张力修补术可以安全、有效地应用于腹股沟疝患者。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with inguinal hernia treated with mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty from January 2006 to December 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All cases were operated successfully. The follow-up period ranged from 6 mothons to 4 years and no recurrence was observed. Conclusions Application of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia is safe and effective. |
