| 摘 要： | 采用ＬＰＳ（ｐｏ）同时５－ＨＴ和Ｐｂ－Ａｃｅｔ（ｉｖ）方法对人鼠进行肠源性内毒素血症（ＥＬＴＭ）造模，治疗组同时经口投予大承气汤（ＤＴ）。实验结果表明：造模后３ｈ，心、肝、肾生化功能指标即呈异常改变，而给药组呈保护效应，提示ＤＴ对大鼠ＥＥＴＭ所致脏器功能损害具有保护作用。

| Abstract: | An enterogenous endotoxemia(EETM) model was induced by LPS(p.o.)togeth-er with 5-HT and Pb-Acet(iv ) in rats. The animals in the Treatment group were administeredorally with Dachengqi Decoction(DT) simultaneously. The results showed that the abnormal in- dexes associated with the biochemical functions of heart,liver and kidey occurred in non- drugtreated group as a control 3 hours after the model was set up,while the protective effect onthose biochemical functions was found in the treatment group with DT, suggesting that DT couldprotect the biochemical functions of the organs above from injury by EETM in rats. |
